Singen und das Spielen von Instrumenten werden hier als Wege gesehen, sich mit dem G\u00f6ttlichen zu verbinden. Musik kann durch dynamische Kl\u00e4nge und Rhythmen inspirieren oder tief meditativ sein.<\/p>\n            <p>In der bildenden Kunst sind Malen und Zeichnen aktive und kraftvolle Meditationen, in denen wir uns mit Heiligen, Gottheiten und anderen g\u00f6ttlichen Formen verbinden, oft in tiefer Stille.
